Villa Tropez is perfectly located for a relaxed stay. In fact, the location is hard to beat. Snuggled between Provence and St Tropez/the Côte d’Azur, Villa Tropez is the ideal St Tropez location. The villa is well situated to avoid coastal traffic on the congested D559/98, with easy access to supermarkets, beaches, shops and into St Tropez. It is also an easy drive from the closest airport to St Tropez.

We are located in the vineyards off N98, in the foothills of Gassin Des Maures, 83310, Gulf of St Tropez, France. The property is conveniently located for traffic-free access to Cogolin supermarkets, boulangeries and cafés; the hilltop restaurants of Gassin, Grimaud and Ramatuelle, as well as wineries in the neighbouring fields.

The property is not situated anywhere near a busy road. Quiet meandering vineyard lane ways provide the entry access to the quartier in which Villa Tropez is located.

Most local highlights are within a 15-minute drive of the villa such as:

  • Bay beaches (10-minutes drive*), then on to St Tropez centre-ville and port
  • Village bakery, supermarket and winery cellar doors (3-minutes drive*)
  • White sandy beaches and clubs of Pampelonne (20-minutes drive*)
