Villa Tropez is a perfect setting for an Ayurvedic nutrition and yoga retreat in France, when the weather is at its best in September. Meeting in the outdoor workshop area under the wisteria clad arbor, by the old olive tree, you will learn of Ayurvedic nutrition principles. A walk through the organic gardens and surrounding vineyards, in harmony with the surrounding Mediterranean landscape, you will see, smell, and harvest if you wish, herbs that used for everyday relaxation and healing. Find inspiration here with an article describing the ambience and health benefits this retreat venue offers guests on an Ayurvedic nutrition and yoga retreat in France.
Just outside of St Tropez, Villa Tropez offers luxury accommodation with a rustic back-to-the-earth feel. Nestled among rolling hills of vineyards, olive and oak trees, Villa Tropez has dedicated retreat facilities with a yoga pavilion, and plenty of space to relax in one acre of lush gardens. Make the most of the September summer weather and spend time on the sun loungers amongst the stone-paved terraces, and the serene pool-house with shaded pool-side lounge seating. Inside the villa accommodation, there are Côte d’Azur inspired interiors, cool natural stone floors and spacious open-plan living areas, capturing the panoramic views and fresh sea air. Each bedroom has views of surrounding forests and valleys, with french doors opening onto sunfilled terraces.
Renée Mann has been practicing Ayurveda for over 15 years. Coming from a corporate background in accountancy she experienced firsthand the toll a busy professional life takes on the body. Her first encounter with Ayurveda was at a young age; being allergic to antibiotics she was always given herbs to counter common ailments. As an adult she decided to turn this interest into a career.
She strives to empower her clients to better understand their body and how food can be used as medicine. Her role, as your practitioner, is to facilitate the process of natural healing and help you consciously better understand the powers of the human body to self heal. Her highly qualified team brings along with them a wealth of knowledge and expertise. They have created a haven of tranquillity allowing you to escape from the information overload, noise and general busyness of everyday life. There will be space with a purpose, a place to reflect, be nurtured – where you can nourish your body and rejuvenate.
Renée has run many retreats over the years and is the President of Ayurvedic Practitioners UK. She also sits on the board of European Herbal and Traditional Medical Practitioners.
“Renee has created a wonderful space during just a few days, which allowed me to unwind, relax and recharge. She has cooked wonderful food, gave a fantastic reflexology massage and provided advice and tips in accordance with Ayurvedic principles, which allowed me to even, further improve my way of nutrition. All that in a very friendly and unimposing manner. Renee allowed me to truly be relaxed during that weekend and I will definitively be looking forward another yoga retreat with her.” GN
